You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from IKC Global, Inc. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into legally binding agreements.

IKC Global, Inc. imports, exports, sells wholesale, and retails sugar, salt, and related products. Product descriptions on ikcusa.com are provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, or availability are error free or that products will meet your specific needs.

IKC Global reserves the right to change, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

All prices listed on our website or quotations are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments through approved processors including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and other secure methods.
Orders are confirmed after full payment is received T&C Applied.

IKC Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times may vary based on product availability, volume, compliance checks, or seasonal demand.

All shipments are strictly governed under EX-Warehouse (EXW) terms.

This means:

• Once products leave our warehouse at 5951 Rickenbacker Road, Commerce, CA, the risk transfers entirely to the buyer.
• IKC Global is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, contamination, theft, temperature exposure, mishandling, or spoilage after pickup.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation, insurance, and final delivery.
• Any shipping schedules provided by IKC Global are estimates only.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. IKC Global does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges after the purchase is completed and the product has left our warehouse.

By placing an order, you accept this policy in full.

IKC Global, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit or business interruption
• Damage, contamination, or deterioration during transport
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external factors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of IKC Global shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold IKC Global harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of our products
• Improper storage or handling
• Non-compliance with local regulations
• Resale activities

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of all changes.
