REFUND POLICY

IKC Global, Inc.
Effective Date: 11/01/2025


Due to the nature of food grade materials and our strict quality control standards, all sales made by IKC Global, Inc. are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Replacements
  • Credit
  • Cancellations after payment


This policy applies to all products sold, including but not limited to:

  • Cane sugar
  • Organic sugar
  • Liquid cane sugar
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Black salt
  • Bulk wholesale orders
  • Retail packages


Once a purchase is completed and the product has left our warehouse under EX-Warehouse terms, IKC Global, Inc. assumes no responsibility for:

  • Damage in transit
  • Environmental exposure
  • Heat or humidity damage
  • Loss, theft, or mishandling
  • Carrier delays
  • Contamination after pickup
  • Changes in market conditions


We strongly encourage customers to inspect goods at pickup and to secure appropriate cargo insurance.

If you believe you received the wrong product before pickup, you must notify us immediately at sales@ikcusa.com.
