SHIPPING POLICY

IKC Global, Inc.
Effective Date: 11/01/2025

All shipments from IKC Global, Inc. are handled exclusively under EX-Warehouse (EXW) terms.

1. Pickup and Transfer of Risk

All orders must be picked up from our warehouse at 5951 Rickenbacker Road, Commerce, CA 90040 or other Certified IKC Wearhouses.
Risk transfers to the buyer the moment goods are handed to the buyer or the buyer’s selected carrier.
IKC Global assumes no responsibility for any condition of goods after they leave our facility.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are fully responsible for:

Arranging their own transportation
Scheduling carrier pickup
Providing shipping documents
Compliance with regulatory or customs requirements
Insurance coverage
Temperature control or protective measures

IKC Global does not arrange shipping unless separately contracted in writing.

3. Inspection Prior to Pickup

Customers or their carriers may inspect goods at our warehouse prior to loading. Once loaded and dispatched, IKC Global is not liable for any claims related to damage or quality.

4. Delays

IKC Global is not responsible for:

Shipping delays
Carrier errors
Weather related issues
Port congestion
Customs holds
Transportation strikes or government actions
